• Running open enrollment Coach Training Programs since 2008, accredited as ACTP by the ICF in 2015
• ACTP Online program starting 2017
• Delivery and design of Coaching and / or Mentoring Training for various companies, among others: Lufthansa Systems, Deutsche Bank, Alstom, Arcelor Mittal
• Currently teaching at Evangelische Hochschule Freiburg / Protestant University Freiburg in the Master of Supervision Program
• Delivered and delivering Coach Training sessions globally among others for Sfwork, UK; Academy of SF training, Singapore; Brief Solutions, Australia; ILK, Bielefeld; Korzybski Institute, Amsterdam;  InBewegung, Darmstadt; Institut für Ressourcenorientierte Gesprächsführung, Hamburg; PEF, Vienna;
• Previous engagements at Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien, Catholic University Leuven

Mentoring

• Individual mentoring helping coaches to grow (contact: kirsten@kirsten-dierolf.de)
• Individual mentoring helping coaches to grow and fulfill the requirements for Associate Certified Coach and Professional Certified Coach by the ICF
• Member of the ICF Assessor Teams for MCC and PCC certification
• As of 2017 running the mentor coaches group (regular group meetings of ICF mentors in Germany) for ICF Germany
